| FIRM PROFILE |

| At the present our firm INEL has twelve employees. It was
established in 1992. Since the beginning we carry on the activities |
|
| in the electronic area and electro installations, from the
revision of controlled machines trough the installation of security and |
|
| camera systems to the proposal and installation of special
electronic systems. Gradually the wholesale trade and retail trade |
|
| with electronic material have developed. |

| At the present time the biggest part of our activity creates
the installation of ELECTRICAL SECURITY
SYSTEMS |

| for small family houses, car alarms and large systems for
bigger firms, schools, building complexes. In our technical service |
|
| we have two desks of centralized protection of private
security services, and the objects are connected to this system throug- |
|
| hout whole republic /department store Kaufland, bank branch
offices, gaming houses etc./ |
|
| Another important part is installation of CAMERA MONITORING SYSTEMS for the object
protection as well as tech- |
|
| nological purposes. Mostly it is monitoring and picture
recording for outer spaces of the firms and family houses, truck gate- |
|
| houses, ramps etc. Our last activity in this area was
digitizing recording for PC net and thirty cameras in the firm SAUER. |

| We often realize complex installation ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION for the
firms, family houses, including goods de- |

| livery from switchgears to lightings. Example of this
department is department store MAKYTA in Žilina. |

| At the end we would like to offer the cooperation possibility
with SPECIAL
APPLICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC,

| the typical example is projection and installation of the
anticollision system for three cranes in the reactor hall of atomic po- |
|
| wer station Mochovce. |
